Return & Cancellation policy

General information:

Every buyer has the right to return his received items to KOOKOOBANY within 20 days. Explicitly excluded from this are items declared as outlet goods.

For returns, the items must be returned in a hygienically perfect condition, otherwise the claim for return is forfeited.

In case of returns, please use the return address in Switzerland which is included with every package. After receiving the goods, we will refund you the invoice amount for your order. Further information can be found on the return slip included with each package.

The return costs must be borne by the buyer.
